I’m Tyler Michaels.
I’m a progressive (read: 🌹) Digital and Paid Advertising professional based in Toronto, Canada.
I currently lead up the Accounts team over at Electica. We’re digital ads experts who leverage the best available Programmatic technology to support progressive campaigns. We work with major parties and causes in the US, UK, Europe, and across the globe.
I’ve directed advertising campaigns, advised on digital strategy, and been involved in over 40 elections across 8 countries (as well as on dozens of non-election advocacy campaigns) for political parties, labour unions, NGOs, and non-profits. This has included high-seven-figure spends on national election campaigns, all the way down to small but mighty efforts to win local races. I spend a lot of time thinking about the newest frontiers of data-informed campaigning, and honestly believe that getting the right message to the right people at the right times can change minds (and win elections).
